Furniture

Although the bulk of our work is built-in we are more than capable for manufacturing free standing pieces, including dining sets, all types of cabinetry, bedroom furniture & what ever it is you desire or are having trouble finding in the shops.

This is a French Provincial entertainment unit with a hand applied antique finish. The doors either side have a woven Brass mesh.

The doors retract to reveal a TV, for the time it was built, large T.V. with D.V.D. & Cable units fitted below. They all slide out a one & rotate.

This is a close up of a chair from the following dining suite. The feature being the ‘Astral’ back frame. The seats are upholstered with black velvet

The chairs & table are framed from Beech, with ebony effect diamond detail. The top is a 20mm thick piece of float glass.

This occasional table was made from off cuts from an out door dining set. All built from timber from a tree felled in the clients yard.

This was for a bachelor. The bed ends are curved to suit the mattress & prevent barked shins. The head has a black leather upholstered insert. The unit continued around the walls incorporating matching drawer units.

Here we see something special for a discerning client. The top is made from two Blue gum slabs cut consecutively from a log. The drawer fronts are recycled hardwood & the drawers are Fiji Cedar ply, all finished with organ oil. An m.d.f. & melamine free zone.

We designed & built this entertainment unit from a left over Eucalyptus slab & recycled blue Gum. There are two drawers for CDs & DVDs. It has an oiled finish.

This table is in the rustic farm house style out of recycled Oregon with an oiled finish. We also made a companion coffee table and built the bookcase in the background which can be viewed in libraries.

Technically this is a built-in piece but has the features of a traditional freestanding piece. The exterior is all Mahogany its function is to house audio equipment with the television on top.
Sadly the flash & photographer combined to to spoil the appearance of a beautiful unit.

The client gave us a small antique Japanese foot stool in poor condition, gave us some timber from a shed she had pulled down & asked could we create a matching coffee table making look as close as possible to the original. This is the result, she choose to finish it herself.
